dehydration by taking some useful precaution tips to defend health during
summer. Life is not at all easy in summers as compared to other seasons.
In this description there are few important safety tips
shared to keep yourself healthy during summer.

temperature, so try to plan all the outdoor work either in the morning or in
the evening hours and remain indoors during peak hours of the afternoon. During
morning the temperature will not be so high and during evening the temperature
lower downs by the breeze and reduces the afternoon scorching temperature and
remains little cool.
There are few of them remain working outdoors which might be
compulsory, so people like these should cover their skin with thin clothes to
protect from UV rays falling directly on the skin, and it will prove much more
beneficial using sunscreen lotions and moisturizers.
Always consume sodium and potassium minerals based foods. It
is recommended to eat fruits like guava, watermelon, banana, avocados, dried
apricots, berries, and dark leafy greens which are rich in potassium and
antioxidants which helps repairing the damage cells and tissues caused by the
hot temperature. Eating these fruits regular also helps in providing good
energy to the body and relieves stress.

around 2 to 3 liters every day or other sugar free health drinks to balance the
hydration of the body from heat.

These are few factors which can
minimize the damage caused during summers to health. During summers the chances
of food poisoning is more and one should take utmost care on food to protect
from illness attacks.
Only taking care of skin and body
is not sufficent. Taking precautions in food is also very important. So, here
are some important tips to lower the risk of food poisoning.
Every kitchen does not have safety norms and conditions. So
it is very essential to pay extra care to the kitchen during summers. Bacteria
grow and multiple fast in hot and humid temperature and summer is the most
favorable time. This rapid growth in bacteria may lead to threats like food
poison.
Temperature plays a very important role in preparing and
storing foods. So, to know the temperature norms, it is good to know these few
tips especially in summer to avoid hazards.
The common place to store the food is refrigerator, so avoid
overfill the freeze with foods. Remember these food storage secrets.
Food should always be stored between 1* to 5* Centigrade,
because bacteria grows faster in between 6* to 63* Centigrade. Frozen foods
should be stored between -18* to -23* Centigrade.
It is always recommended to check the temperature of the
frozen food before making purchase, and, after making purchase try to put in
freeze as early as possible.
Do not store the thawed food again in the freeze. Try to
store the frozen food in small portions for easy to use and avoid restoring the
thawed food again and again.
The chilled food stored in 1 to 5* centigrade should be used
within 3 to 4 days, if not, better store in defreeze.
To store the excess cooked food, do not allow it to cool
down completely outside the freeze, seal the excess food as soon as the steam
stops with a klen wrap and place it in the freeze.
Always remember to keep a distance between the raw and
cooked food to avoid contamination while storing. Always clean the cutting
equipments after every use. Foods is very sensitive and always clean your hands
properly with hand wash or with any soap before handling the food, and try to avoid
completely to handle the food if you are suffering from any illness.
These tips are common and we forget in our busy life so make
sure to follow these simple tips to prevent food hazards during summer. Once
again I would like to repeat that bacteria grows very fast during hot and humid
climate and summer proves to be a good time for rapid growth of bacteria, which
in turn can attack our health.
So, eat good, live good, and enjoy the fullest in life and lifestyle.
